ANTI AGING BOOST

 

Ingredients:
 

1 handful of spinach

 

1/2 avocado

 

1/2 cup blueberries

 

1 nectarine

 

8 walnuts

 

1/2 cup coconut water. 

 

Directions:

Put everything into the blender. and blend till smooth

DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of almond milk or rice milk
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 frozen banana
1 tsp coconut butter
1 peach



Directions:

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

MELISSA'S GREEN THICKEY

 

Ingredients:

1/2 avocado 
a handful of baby spinach

1/2 a cup of frozen blueberries

1 tsp of flax seeds

1 tbsp of walnuts

1 tsp of Maca powder

1/2 cup of almond milk


Directions:

Put everything in a high speed blender and blend till thick and smooth.

BLUEBERRY THICKEY


Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk 
1 1/2 tbsp cashews 
3/4 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries 1/4 avocado, chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds 



Directions:

Put all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend it up on high speed till smooth. You need to eat this thickey with a spoon. It's nice with a sprinkle of bee pollen on top. This is my favourite on the run lunch as it takes seconds.

 

Tip; You can get bags of organic frozen blueberries from Woolies or Coles frozen section now.

Bee pollen is quite expensive which is why I only use it to sprinkle. You only need a sprinkle. Bee pollen is a compleate protein rich in amino acids, vitamins, including B-complex. It is best digested with fruit. Perfect for this thickey. 

DRAGONFRUIT SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

1/4 dragonfruit
1/4 cucumber
Thumb of ginger and turmeric
6 raspberries
6 blueberries

1/2 cup coconut water



Directions:

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

DETOX BOOST

 

Ingredients:

1 handful of spinach

2 kale leaves

1/2 cucumber peeled if not organic

1 cubed green apple peeled if not organic

1 thumb of ginger

1 thumb of tumeric

1 handful of green grapes

8 mint leaves 

1/2 cup of coconut water

 

Directions: 

Put everything into the blender, and

blend until smooth.

 

 

ACAI BERRY SMOOTHIE 

 

Ingredients:

1 frozen acai smoothie pack

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup of frozen blueberries

1/4 cup frozen raspberries         

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

 


Directions:

Blend everything together in a high speed blender till smooth.

You have to eat this one with a spoon.

 

Tip: When freezing bananas, chop them into smaller pieces first so they are easier to blend up.

Before you use your acai berry frozen pack give it a good smash against the kitchen bench to break it up so it blends easier. These frozen packs can be purchased from a health food store for about $8.00 for a packet of six.
